Brentwood CREATE Business Hub is for those who want to work outside London but still enjoy city benefits. We decided to create an office space in Brentwood to rent that would change the way we work. This approach was so successful that we later doubled in size. We added a further floor with additional co-working and office space in Brentwood.
It is very important to us that our environment is welcoming, friendly and professional. So, with this in mind, we created a truly unique interior to suit all types of people and companies alike.

We have spent many years working in offices, so when we ‘created’ CREATE. As a result, this gave us the knowledge we needed to make sure what we didn’t want in our spaces.
With the latest Smart TV whiteboard technology and seating from 4 to 16 people, we have numerous meeting rooms to suit all requirements.
Each of our branches have shower facilities. We view showers as an essential requirement so, whether you cycle into work, hit the gym at lunchtime or simply want to go out after work, you have somewhere to freshen up on site.

Not only are we dog friendly, but we even have bespoke dog kennels, so your pooch can relax with you in our library (Shenfield branch).
In every location, we have multiple printing facilities that you can connect to wirelessly to print, scan and copy.
Each floor at each location of CREATE Business Hub has its own kitchen. These include free tea and coffee, full size fridges and freezers to store your lunch in, microwaves and dishwashers.
Security and personal safety is one of our top priorities. All of our premises are fitted with CCTV which is in operation 24/7, all private offices are lockable and main entrances are secured with an access-control system.
We encourage all CREATE members to take a well-earned break from time to time, not only to refresh your energy levels, but to get to know your neighbours in a relaxed environment.
Yes… we do have those, but along with the fun and quirkiness, we also have some very functional designs. From quiet work pods for Bench desks for 1-4 people, perfect for company collaborations. Relaxation areas with books, pool tables, and foosball available.
We have the ideal workspace for you. You can choose between a private or virtual office. Additionally, we offer hot desks for occasional use. Lastly, we have fixed desks available in a shared space.
Our premises are filled with innovative and creative touches to make your day more enjoyable. You can take a break in our chill-out spaces. You can also find some quiet time in a work pod.

Our Brentwood location is open from 6am to 10pm Monday – Friday and 8am till 6pm Saturday and Sunday. Please note that these hours may vary on public holidays.

Brentwood is located approximately 29 miles north east of Central London and 12 miles south west of Chelmsford. With links to the M25, J28 only 2 mins away.
At just 0.2 miles away the train station is just a short 2 minute walk from the hub, then just 18 miles to London’s Liverpool Street station.
Brentwood high street is 0.3 miles from the hub and can be walked in 8 minutes, making a walk into town at lunchtime or after work a great option.
