Shenfield is located approximately 26 miles north east of Central London and 10 miles south west of Chelmsford. The town benefits from excellent communications, with junction 28 of the M25 motorway within 4 miles and the A12 passing through Shenfield providing direct access to Central London.
The mainline railway station (located less than 200m from the Hub) provides services to London’s Liverpool Street station every 10 minutes, with a journey time of approximately 30 minutes, and all trains stopping at Stratford (for Jubilee and Central lines). In addition, Shenfield will be one of the main stations in the Crossrail Scheme linking Heathrow Airport in the west to Shenfield in the east. It is expected that Crossrail will make Shenfield even more of a favoured location as it further improves the town’s already excellent transport links.
